exercises that require a gym buddy :scust:
my goal is to get strong AF in bench, deadlifts and squats. Its no homo when it comes to a spot at the gym but if u were comfortable with your sexuality u should understand this.

its not about sexuality dumbass...i dont want to have to coordinate my gym time with someone else.

than skip that one... And its not hard at all to ask 4 a spot at the gym, my Chanel is about increasing strength and athleticism there will b times where u will def. need a spot.

Yo the guy in red talks too low
U need to increase yo voice & red shirt guy needs to bulk up.
He pushing heavy but is pretty skinny for a guy pushing 110s.

thanks for the input. Bulking is hard for me and I literally have to eat a decent meal every 2 hours with my body type. That's too much of a job for me, I used to try and eat to get big but one bad week and I'm right back to my normal frame. I'm only focused on getting stronger now but I still make sure I get 1g of protein per lb of body weight per day..

thanks for the input. Bulking is hard for me and I literally have to eat a decent meal every 2 hours with my body type. That's too much of a job for me, I used to try and eat to get big but one bad week and I'm right back to my normal frame. I'm only focused on getting stronger now but I still make sure I get 1g of protein per lb of body weight per day..

Long as you getting stronger that's all that matters.

increase carbs up, bench consistenly and progressively overload, fix your form and rest...its really that simple...decline pushups for endurance and weighted dips for power got me up to 225 for 10 reps within two months from 225for 5 reps
