You drink it homie. I got no benefits from drinking it over the years but mad heartburn and acid reflux. We disagree.

. C'mon dude.And that video is hilarious. "Distilled water reacts with carbon dioxide in the air..." Well then it's not distilled, because there wouldn't be any ions to react with the molecules in the air. This is why chemists often use double-distilled or doubly-deionized water.
Also distilled is not the same as purified. Purified water more than likely still contains ions. Ions aren't bad for you, btw but can cause acidity in water. Acidity in water doesn't mean what you think it means, though.
Again, learn what acidity actually is. Don't post some video that you don't understand, go take chemistry and learn about it.
