Ergo, killing Native Americans wouldn't have negatively affected the (nonexistent) corporation's earnings, also known as "the bottom line".
Not to mention the reputational risk involved.

No, the FDA exists specifically to hold corporations accountable for stuff like this.
The reason it's infeasible is, again, because doing so would cost them money. That's it and that's all. If they could kill black people for free, I believe they would, but they can't because again, it would cost them money in the long run.
