why for the life of me is Jr is seen as a big threat ill never understand...dude is a bum..he plods forward, no head movement, no D catches every punch to his face...GGG would have a field day with him...he would prolly break all types of bones in his face just like sergio did
Yep....Jr is lusted after like crazy. He aint nothing more than a rock 'em sock 'em robot :scust:

GGG and JR be like....

And Jr would still be the best fighter GGG has been in against. no contest. Add to the fact, that Chavez WILL make him pay, and hits hard enough to hurt him. Rosado is a blown up Jr Middleweight Journey Man. Stevens was a fringe MW contender.

GGG hasn't been in with anyone to know how good he is yet.

I think Geale is better than Jr. Has Jr. ever beat anyone the caliber of Felix Sturm? No

Rosado is a blown up 154 lb.'er journey man. Sure sounds the exact same type of fighter that Jr. needed 2 tries to beat cleanly recently. :patrice:
Actually, it doesn't cause Rosado boxed Vera up and knocked him the fukk out when they fought. I know, I know they were fighting in BKB but a bigger ring would've only benefited Gabe there.

All these things about GGG on;y beating on laundry mat workers is the exact same shyt people were saying about Jr. before he fought Sergio and he got completely exposed in that fight. I don't know what changed since then that he's viewed as a top fighter now but it doesn't really matter, he sucks and GGG would pummel him.

GGG doesn't have nearly the Footwork or movement that the Sergio that fought JCC does. GGG would trade. And get hurt by the bigger man. In my opinion.

Jr is an average puncher...because him going the distance win or lose is the norm..manfredo and lee do not make a feared puncher.... he's all size and nothing else..he's the mexican version of tyson fury

Erislandy Lara should move up and challenge him... but then people would just say "Oh, ooh, he beat a smaller fighter"

Hassan N'Dam would be ideal, but I doubt (unless the money's right) he'd take the bigger challenge of GGG over JT
Martin Murray will never want any of these problems
Kid Choc and Danny Jac will probably face each other next on Showtime in 2015
Cotto-Canelo are on a collision course for May or June
Matt Korobov will be facing..........TBA on 12/13 for the vacant WBO title, but probably won't be ready for Feb.
Sergio's a warrior, but he ain't that crazy to take two beat downs in a row.........
They might bait Sergio Mora into that role............

Will Sergio Mora do? He's looked pretty decent lately :manny:
mora is spoiler to everyone..except bryan vera lol

He sucks and don't know why he's seen as a threat to GGG other than size and size alone.

You know who's got size on GGG, the chin to take his punches and the power to hurt him?

Exactly. A quick look at JCC's resume shows that almost all his KO's appeared at 154 or below. His KO rate at 160 is not good. He hasnt done anything to show he is a power puncher at 160, just that he can win by being physically imposing/bigger.

Froch is a much tougher challenge IMO. And Wardof course.

I'm #GGGoodBoys and not afraid to admit I think Ward deserves to be the favorite and believe he should be. He is the 2nd best fighter on the planet right now. But lets not act like GGG is scared. That is nonsense. GGG continues to say he will fight him, but no one believes Ward can get in the ring. If GGG is ducking so hard, then why isnt Ward on the schedule vs another opponent?

I dont give that much credence. Youre aware Khan used to spar Pac right? and word is Khan used to work him.

But lets not act like Khan wouldnt catch a brain hemmorrhage in an official fight with pacman.

Read my post history?

You do realize I'm the one that mentioned khan vs PAC at wildcsrd. You do realize this right?

Smh.

They asked Froch about fighting Borat back in June, and he said he didn't want any part of the fight -

“Just swerve Golovkin like the plague. He punches like a mule. I don’t need to be in with him. Dangerous fight.”

I know. If the money is right, I'm sure Froch would take it though. Froch has one of the best resumes in the sport.

Over the past 6 years Froch has fought Jean Pascal, Jermain Taylor, Andre Dirrell, Mikkel Kessler x2, Arthur Abraham, Glen Johnson, Andre Ward, Lucian Bute, Yusaf Mack & George Groves x2. I would argue the only easy touches in there were against Johnson and Mack and Froch has come out of those fights with only 2 losses total while taking 4 undefeated records along the way.

Froch is certainly not a guy who's scared of anyone but at this point I think the reward needs to match the risk of fighting somebody like GGG. Froch also seems to have his heart set on a Vegas fight with Jr. but Jr. seems uninterested in actually fighting these days.

All I'm saying is it would be a great test for GGG and I don't think it's totally unlikely.
