the wealthy is not moving to the south bronx and buying a 1M home is not indicative of wealth in NYC. I know households with two city workers that have purchased million dollar homes in this city. My cousin for example who does maint on the Verrazano bridge just purchased a 1.4m house in BK.That nobody except the wealthy can afford. That shyt looks dumb nice.
a 1m home in NYC is middle class.
