It was a thread on here a couple of years ago on him and I said he's going to a private school so he has no real competition. In mid state South Carolina you have to play for a public high school.

Not really, because their highlights are often just them dunking on the break or blowing by slowrr players. Not operating in a half court set.
Once you match-up against other top level athletes you gotta play team bball.

I think you are right, but 3 is the biggest factor for me. Nothing irritates me more seeing prospects pick these same ole blueblood programs that doesn’t fit their game. West coast kids picking Duke, Bolden from Texas picking Duke, Trevon Duval being sold that he’ll be the next Kyrie picking Duke, when his game was perfect for UK, Zona or UCLA. Isaiah Briscoe picking UK, when St. Johns or UConn wouldn’t have exposed him. Cal had him playing the 3 and 4, a 6”2 guard. You get my point.
Injuries plaqued Seventh and he was a 5”11 SG. He had to change his game and he did so his senior year. Kid wasn’t bad at all, and we thought he would be a steal at UNC but it never happened. South Carolina or Clemson was the better choice for his game.
