That Leaf game against the chiefs when he completed 1 for 15, for 4yds and 2 int.
Right there you had to know he was the worst pick ever.
and you know he was drunk off that yack while doing it too

Dan McGuire
I still feel is the biggest bust at qb ever i saw.
where he just never had it to be out there.
unlike ryan and Jamarcus.
who, were all moxy and attitude.
prohibiting their play.
Dan McGuire just never seem like he ever played qb before he was a pro.
when i know he played college ball and was good before being drafted.

How he go from winning first two games as a rookie which was a big deal at the time and having scouts say he had a strong arm than Peyton at the time to this shyt

There can only be one
Raider Nation still hasn’t fully recovered from the ether that was jawalrus. I’ll never forget screaming at my screen to draft AD because I actually watched jawalrus at LSU and knew shyt was fool’s gold. Craziest thing is if he actually gave a fukk he really would’ve been an insane QB. Brehs arm had that “don’t even make no sense” kinda country nikka strength. Such a fukkin waste.......
That was when I accepted that my team is dedicated to being absolute trash
Mandarich was picked one ahead of Barry Sanders in 89. Can you imagine Sanders , a prime Sterling Sharpe and a young on one team
Akili Smith.
That's what makes him the biggest bust...he was taken directly in front of 3 HOFers. He was the orginal Darko. The Packers with any three of those guys is a problem. IIRC didn't he basically cheese the combine and work on all the drills so that he could beast at them despite not being shyt as an actual player or is that Mandela?
i used to use him in ncaa and give people the business damn thats old school playstation shyt.Akili Smith.

He was pretty much your typical mid to late first round pick that was only drafted because he had height and a decent arm. You could say he was a pioneer for guys like Blake Bortles and Blaine Gabbert.
Oh he was a first for that big bust bot type of qb.
I just remember him playing so horrifically bad.
Like worse than rick mirer jeff george bad.

Dan McGwire was terrible because Chuck Knox desperately wanted to draft Brett Favre at that pick. Ken Behring over-rode Knox and picked McGwire and the rest was historyHe was pretty much your typical mid to late first round pick that was only drafted because he had height and a decent arm. My point. He was only drafted because he was 6'8" and had a good arm. Jeff George actually had real talent.
