Highly doubt this is true but wasnt there a internet rumor going around saying that Knoc was basically Dre wanting
another Snoop during the time Dre & him had issues (after Death Row)?

And he was supposedly pose to do rap on the beats
that was going on the "Break Ups to Make Ups" album that Dre & Snoop was supposed to drop in the late 90s/early 00s.
