I dont think this is true at all, they have tons of down time as I understand (these guys take naps during the middle of the day lol). The thing is they travel a ton, and a lot of the "free" time is on the road. So being away from home is definitely a challenge --- but they also get 3-4 months a year (prime summer months at that) to use as they see fit

and those other things are just job obligations no? If I started blowing off meetings, not showing up to the office or acting erratically around coworkers or customers, I think my job would be doing something about that too
