Seriously though, I don't think I've had this symptom in any of my runs. But I've been married, and have always had access to sex. It's also possible you have unresolved anger issues. Therapy? I went for other issues when I was taking my self improvement much more seriously. It can be helpful.

I have a therapist. I'm single now after 6 years. I'm also recovering from porn. Could be a number of those reasons.
