Lol be real. Obama wouldn’t have said shyt about the Saudi government. To be fair, no US President would either.
Obama would most certainly have said something :pachaha:
Iran nuclear deal
Arab spring
Netanyahooo in congress

Obama is the only president to have tried to change the usual US/Mid East foreign policy thats why they all hate his guts :comeon:

Was about to say just this. Only the cartels chop people up or anything of the sort these days. Even the families and kremlin just blast a guy or toss him off a roof save for poisoning skripal. Dismemberment is damn near the only type of violence that legit outrages the people here, and they chose that route. I’d be willing to be money if they took him out like Joe Pesci in goodfellas, the press would’ve forgotten already. The only sensible explanation is that they want to get caught and get away with it.

Nah I think that is how they get down, and they didn't bother to consider the story would get out. People get disappeared in the Middle East, it isn't usually done on foreign soil (fukk a consul that shyt is respected not owned)

It was hubris and barbarism mixed together and just more of MBS flexing cause Trump/Kushner is in his pocket and he is a Saudi. I mean shot most Arab's/Muslims hate Saudi's (Turks included). Doing this at all was blatant, doing it in Turket was sloppy.

The fact they chopped him up is the only thing keeping this in the news.

Americans don’t pay attention to violence by other countries like mass graves by cartels in Mexico or poisoning that ex KGB.
if he looked like peggy noonan this would be a massive story.

The fact they chopped him up is the only thing keeping this in the news.

Americans don’t pay attention to violence by other countries like mass graves by cartels in Mexico or poisoning that ex KGB.

That and the fact that he was a media member working for a major US newspaper and living in america.

It is a reason why the mob didn't fukk with media folks. shyt brings too much heat.

Also unlike in the states the last say 4 years folks don't get assasinated in these manners. Folks disappear with no evidence or if they do them dirty they got enough sense to pay off folks and make it look like a suicide.

The saudis just don't give a shyt. They are equivalent to the Columbians in the 80s who would murder people in daylight in the states. Instead of being low key with the murders which would have protested their business from the US government stepping in.

All in all the shyt don't matter. The saudis are a necessary evil that the US and europe hasn't minded doing business with for decades.

Like I said before one monkey don't stop no show and a dead man don't tell no tales.

The western corporations and banks will look the other way and business will continue on.

I don't understand the talk of diluting MBS power... He's gone too far, and is too all in for him to check at this point

If he steps aside even a bit, the knives are out. Based on the statement, and the White House approving reaction to it, I'm leaning more and more to Saudi taking a hit in terms of PR and on the investment side, but there won't be sanctions (not significant ones anyways), and MBS is gonna stay in power.

Outside of a coup, he ain't going anywhere. And like others have said, the old guard is too weak, and MBS control over all the key areas of power is too strong

If he would've been got, it would've already happened

At the most i believe that the US will give the saudis a slap on the wrist. Just too much money and investments tied up.

MSB is a dead man as you said if he steps aside. Dude threw his cousin in jail and shaked down family members. You got rumors his cousin signed busineses worth billions over to him (his cousin was on tv during an interview looking scared as shyt).

The internal coup already happened with MSB taking over. A real life coup will never happen because the west does not need Saudi Arabia to turn into Iran. The whole region would be out of the wests hand.

And I still believe MSB got the ok dude just didn't give a shyt how it was done. Now he and his country has to take the PR hit as the west trys to navigate the bad PR.

the ether
people dont give a fukk about this :yeshrug: this is a peak fake outrage story

no one in here would be making a big deal about this if it happened under obama :mjlol:

:stopitslime:

I don't get why you post all this obvious troll crap in higher learning. Lindsay Graham is basically Trump's hunchback at this point, and even he is publicly expressing outrage. Committing assassinations of journalists is always bad enough to get called out, doing it in a foreign country is HUGE, having one of our alleys do it in a foriegn country inside their own embassy in a manner involving torture and dismemberment and then lying about it is an insane story. This would be an insane story in any administration.

this is beyond evil. this is an insult to everyone on the planets intelligence and morality.
its deeply shameful THIS government oversees mecca and medina
I'm blown that they even tried that. It reminds me of when Kim Jung-il or Saddam did something having no clue whatsoever how it would play in the outside worked.

The Saudi Juelz game is so :flabbynsick: a fist fight?? :laff:

Russia watching how this assasination unfolds like :mindblown:
The combination of incredible effort and incredible incompetency blows my mind. Who the hell sends FIFTEEN GUYS to assassinate an unarmed man in your own building? The kind of people who would blow it this badly. Disgusting morals and incompetency combined.

I looked him up and he's actually a powerful, respected figure.

:mindblown:

By tomorrow they'll be saying he reached for the gun :mjpls:
