I don't mean actually writing everything for him I mean hooks and maybe tightening up a bar here or there. They're making music that needs to sell at a high rate. No different than movie and TV scripts that go through small re-writes to tighten them eventhough most of it was done by one guy.
I guess this is just more ammo for people to hate Drake to clown him and another opportunity to for stans to cape for him. I'm just saying this is common place in the industry. This stopped being some "for the love of the game" shyt when the big money got involved for better or worse.
Drake has no classics, while kendrick has two. Drake lost and so did meek for yelling on every fukking track he on.

I'm sure he has a gang of nikkas in the studio with him bouncing ideas and maybe adding lines here and there, but newsflash, EVERY RAPPER DOES THAT. You think any of these dudes are sitting alone in their bedroom writing all their songs in a notebook? The only dude that does that is MAYBE Eminem's old hermit ass, but that's about it.

who lacked a real technical rubrick that was masked by the styles era.
so, when a technical aptitude is required to rap in the next sonic landscape.
in the same way the technical revolution for emcee'n was brought about by nas.
the same way the sales spike era was ushered in by nas.
with the commercialized hook applied to his skillset and being the lead in the technical skill revolution.
those rappers who never had any real actual application of real rap technical skills will be exposed.
no really skilled rapper, who was technically adept is not really skilled right now.
even if they sold out but had an extremely skilled technical base.
they don't and should never need material wrote for them unless it is a hook.
the only reason the hook portion is given a pass.
is because that is where the dj/producer would make his cultural skill submission.

That's perfectly fine and crucial to progressing as an artist. If I sat in a room all alone and wrote my raps with zero outside input my whole career, it would not last very long. Kendrick has been rapping for a very long time, it doesn't surprise me Meek Mill shouted-him out despite them not fukking with each other that much. Kendrick definitely writes the vast majority of his work on his own, and gets criticism/input where needed.
I can't imagine anyone but Kendrick writing a song like u.
Ghostwriting is another story, but if I was an artist in Kendrick's position and had two exceptional lyricists in my camp (Soul and Rock) and one solid hook writer (Q) you bet your ass I'd look to them for help as much as possible.
