People got tired of buying their marked up goods on top of getting ripped off on their meds. Now they'll go to Walmart to get ripped off on meds but at least the goods will be cheaper lol

The headline reads "significant number" so who cares what the actual number is.
You are probably right. There's a CVS and Walgreens opposite each other and I will normally fill my scripts at Publix which is on the same intersection.
There's a neighborhood Walmart on the same intersection and I am in both of these stores regularly (Publix and Walmart) so it's more convenient than local drug stores for me since I can pick up other items I need.
Most things in the drug stores cost a grip too like you are buying things outside of drinks and snacks from a gas station.

The front end of these stores like Walgreens and CVS , their prices is ridiculous and u can get the same household products from dollar general and hair products from mom and pop stores in your area…
Now since the pharmacy is struggling, it’s about a wrap for them and others… especially with the growth of amazon pharmacy and grocery stores having pharmacies in them

So? A significant number could be 35% or 50% or 60%.. the point is they are being forced to rethink their strategies.
