one of their prisons caused a fire which burnt down entire small city in russia where prison was located, so you can expect what kind of competence these savages have.
russia outside of few major city's like moscow, etc. is pretty much a 3rd world. Huge huge corruption and no structure. It takes at least 8 months to prepare a man for combat. They are just throwing out there whatever they can find, from soccer hooligans, prisoners to whatever soldiers that are available. This is 1940s tactics again, except the west is not on their side this time.
