Draft players you didn't scout, brehs:hhh:

Watch him suck for 3 errr i mean 2 years (per his apologists) and then Give Bustise no-WinSlow an extension, brehs:francis:
Woah wait a minute is this true we didn’t even scout Winslow
So they didn’t go to any games to see him up close and they drafted him just off tape alone:francis:

The Heat never worked him out because noone thought he'd be available past the 4th pick let alone still be on the board at #10.

This is the same shyt as the Harold Miner pick. Players we didn't think would be available ended up being there and we got excited and picked them off their rep alone.

I think same thing happened with Caron Butler but at least he worked out well for us. But I always thought other GMs aren't stupid. If they worked out a guy and stayed away from him there must be a reason for them doing so. Thus why I was fine with the Adebayo pick even tho many in here shytted in it. If the team worked out a guy and felt he's a better pick that what you as a fan thought than sometimes you just gotta go with it because they are seeing shyt in the guy you aren't seeing

not trying to beat a dead horse but...:pachaha:
My homeboy sent me this same tweet the other day saying :
  • Him - "Bustise Winslow is a waste of about 7 inches of his 6'7" body. No reason for a 6'6 - 6'7 young wing who can barely shoot to be so content playing below the rim. If Tyler Johnson was anywhere near 6'7 he'd be dunking on fools from the free throw line"
  • Me- Breh, TJ is a scrub stop stanning the cat just because your little bro plays in the D-leaguer too. But I see your point tho
I guess the Bustise name has made it from the coli into the streets :russ:

Tha Cavs are looking to trade JR Smith. he as this year, and then next year is non guaranteed. They need to get in on that. trade one of their longer deals for him( Kelly or either Johnson)

Just looking around. if they decided to tank. I'd call dallas and see if they want whiteside for Deandre Jordan. Jordan is in his last year of his deal, and after the trade might take a buyout. or maybe Jordan AND Matthews(also last year) for Whiteside + someone else. would probably have to throw in a future pick, so that might not be worth it. I'd also try and trade someone for JR Smith(see previous post)

that could potentially help you get rid of 3-4 of those contracts, while also tanking, while also clearing up cap space. KD, Butler, Klay, Kyrie, Leonard, Cousins are all gonna be free agents next summer. MAYBE if Miami has the space, a couple of those guys might decide to team up in Miami :manny: that plus maybe a top 7 draft pick. the turn around might be there.

....Cavs wouldn't take that trade unless they're getting picks back(which we can't afford to trade)

yeah, I thought about that. a future 2nd rd pick would be fine. to parties that clearly want to be done with each other. at the least, they gotta call and make an offer

Read a stat that Rich/winslow/bam are only playing 9 mins per game together. Those three plus Olynyk was one of our most effective lineups last year. Its just not a good mix of guys right now
I could see how that combination would work because you get very good spacing with all of them being decent shooters. You just need someone to penetrate and create those shots for them.

Dragiç hasn't been his healthiest and Dion is still out

When do they project Dion coming back anyway?

I still say we should try to trade Wayne Ellington to the Lakers for a second round pick since the Lakers are in dire need of shooters right now to put around Lebron
