SO that tells you his peers and other FOs respect the guy. Again i know he has shis shortcomings but most of the criticism he gets is typically from bent-up Heat fans who are mad their boy (Beasley, Winslow) doesnt get the minutes they hope

the funny thing about Winslow is, even with Arison, Riley, and Spo taking him over booker. they still made an excellent pick by taking Richardson in the 2nd rd. The problem I have is they DOUBLED DOWN on the Winslow mistake by extending him

He makes post 2014 all star break Norris Cole or Ricky Rubio look like Stephen Curry by comparison he’s so bad at scoring. Teams legit don’t have to guard him at all anywhere.
