4th straight year with slow start.

And is it me or Bustise has yet to play this year?:jbhmm:

Is that hamstring that serious or is it rhe usual Spoelstra/Heat-staff tactic of not clearing players saving them for later in the season while they give the bench more minutes to get their legs under them?

they keep "developing" these scrubs. makes you wonder why they keep paying them money. just develop another one.
Dude was talking about this on the radio that Riley falls in love with players they personally developed and won’t give them up

Like it’s crazy there was any thought at all in getting rid of Richardson for butler

I mean, we gotta develop young talent. It's good to have homegrown assets for a rainy day, when we can trade for the disgruntled superstar.

:manny:

I hope Pat doesn't overpay anymore "culture guys" but it is a good asset to have as a franchise, when you can develop cheap talent into formidable role players, formidable starters, formidable plug and play guys and formidable trade assets, VS having to completely blow the team up an gut it.

:manny:

:whoa:

It's only bad when you overpay them. I agree with that part....

Since the Lakers need a shooter(s) around LeBron so badly I would say while Mcgruder's value is skyrocketing we could parley him or Ellington to the Lakers for a second round pick or both for first-rounder

though I don't think the first rounder will fly since I anticipate the Lakers pick this year might be in their late teens
