Who the hell says everyone needs to have the exact same amount of money? Its disgusting that people feel entitled to someone else's money when they've done absolutely NOTHING to earn it. We've tried this re-dsitribution of wealth thing and it failed miserably (Remember Soviet Russia?) People wont work hard if the lion share of their earnings will be usurped by the government. Once liberals start realizing this the sooner we can really start to solve the nation's problems.

The fact of the matter is an excessively large government is the WORST thing that can happen to any nation in regards to its ability to succeed. The only thing a government needs to provide its citizens is a secure environment and opportunity to succeed. The rest should be up to the individual.

Its not about redistributing wealth, its about financial literacy and understanding money better. Wages have an effect and are at an all time low, but no where should the impact lead to 1% of the population owning 40% of the wealth. There are some other factors involved.

this was allowed to happen by the influence money has on our politicians, and policies. basically the wealthy influence laws and regulations to favor them and their businesses, while crushing competition. capitalism had a spark when it started. but now greed has fukked it up. when mcdonalds, wal-mart, and the prison industry are our biggest employers, somethings gone terribly wrong.

we need to do more to protect small businesses, lower the cost of education, do something about housing prices, and i really think we need a "national goal." being solely driven by profit is immoral and got us into this shyt. kind of like when we wanted to go to the moon, we need goals of things like colonizing mars, curing all diseases, ending poverty/racism. but the wealthy dont want us to live, they want us to die. yall need to learn about eugenics.

Yeah...I'm sure 20% of the population is doing 89% of the work, and the other 80% (who only have about 11% of the wealth) are all just lazy bums who want handouts. :rudy:

80% of Americans owning 7% of the wealth is pretty disgusting. But, people are spending every red cent they have and then some. I would love the wages to be a lot more fair, but on the other side of the equation there is no reason why someone could not save $10,000 over a 5 year period.

What does saving money have to do with this?

I didn't say you could, I said it's a first step but OK.

:stopitslime: it's not the first step either

The first step is to come up with a way to generate money.

Then, pay people pennies to create the revenue while you pay yourself millions

It won't work out for me because I don't have the capital, foundation or care to create wealth

But, this is how it worked for the 1%

Which can be started by saving. :manny: But ok keep bytching about unequal distribution of wealth.

No it can't.

Why would need to save if you had a way to make money

You should take out a business long and Jump start the process

LMAO!! "Jump starting" the process is what fukks poor people. If you're starting as the 99% you really can't afford the risks that the 1% can. But people who think like you tend to be broke their whole lives trying to jump start new idea after new idea. Hopefully one will work.
