I just don't understand why she would want to go back. I would want nothing to do with the company, even if they let you back you know that they wouldn't really want to work with you and would be monitoring you constantly. I would just settle for the couple million and let them get aired out for what they did in the media (because no way are they going to want this to go to court where they have to go into discovery and expose more).
I wouldn't want to work for these people. My only other point would have as part of my settlement the company has to adopt an active and enforced non-discrimination policy or something and have mandated anti-racism training at all levels because WWE's deplorable sexist/racist environment has been known by even the IWC for decades.
