NXT needs to tour like Raw and SD. It will never, ever be taken as a true equal brand by higher ups otherwise. NXT should absolutely be running a lot of the same venues AEW runs, usually sub 6k civic centers. They could probably end up locking AEW out of a lot of venues if they tried at all.

NXT was only doing venues under 2k when they were touring pre-Covid (at least in SoCal), and this was when they were really hot. I don’t think they can do 6k+ venue tours even with a tv show.

It's half and half in my opinion. Bunch of established talent but a lot of "who the hell are they" talent that could easily be off tv for 6 months and we wouldn't care

You could make that same argument for a lot of the talent on RAW and Smackdowj as well though…..

Oh he definitely doesn't. He'll use someone, heck they could be champions, then the moment they lose they stuck in catering

NXT was touring in Florida a few years ago in extremely small venues like fairgrounds/armories. They were hitting up all of the small towns between Jacksonville/Tampa/Orlando. I don't know if they were doing it in 2019 prior to the pandemic, but they were like 5-6 years ago.

Yeah they would still do those little house shows during the weekends up until the pandemic.

Everybody knows Kross will eventually beat the hell out of Jeff, but a dude being undefeated in NXT, being called up without Scarlett and a neutered version of his entrance, and losing in under two minutes to someone that’s a legacy act that has recently lost more than the Jets and Bengals is just too damn funny. It’s very much a message being sent despite the eventual end game.

NXT has always been viewed as developmental except for a brief period leading up to Survivor Series 2018. There's a reason why they did Raw vs Smackdown vs NXT only once. You see guys like Roderick Strong, Gargano, Ciampa, O'reilly and you know that they wouldn't make it on the main roster.

I don't care about nxt either.

Hands down the most overrated brand over the past 7-8 years.

Some of these goofs want to treat like it's it own separate entity when it's just a glorified dev plant under the wwe moniker.

Dude left that lil bubble in orlando & found out he worth nothing in front of a real audience.
