WWE does not ever commit to long-term booking. Would you be surprised if he just disappeared off TV for the foreseeable future after that loss just because Cokeboy didn't like something about his presentation? It's happened way too many times. NXT needs to tour like Raw and SD. It will never, ever be taken as a true equal brand by higher ups otherwise. NXT should absolutely be running a lot of the same venues AEW runs, usually sub 6k civic centers. They could probably end up locking AEW out of a lot of venues if they tried at all.
