See Vince just panicked and didn’t think it through. All he had to so was tell the talent to not use their on-screen names for their profiles and also tell them to not talk about inner company business while on the stream with fans or else they would be fined or more.
Meanwhile on the low he should have made a deal with the 3rd Party platforms and see how the company could get a percentage of that every time the wrestlers uses their in-ring names. And that way everybody wins...

reminds me of how Major League Eating (the company who does the Hot Dog Eating contest) wanted to cap everyone at $40K annually and didn't want anyone getting endorsements or do contests outside of what they sanctioned and Kobayashi was like 
When all their sponsors left, they relented and let eaters get money off YouTube (thus, why Badlands Chugs and that channel Matt Stonie got exists. They've made more off their YouTube channels than they ever did off their actual contests).
