Punk/Heyman only did 117k...it was just an unwatched show and it actually was during that Hockey bullshyt. So there are legit reasons instead of the phantom ones that came out of blue during that long reign last year when people disappeared.
You mean like the show not being advertised during reruns of Law and Order? Is that a legit reason or a phantom one, Erik?

You tell me...when the fukk has this show been near a 4.0 since the leader of Team Bring It relieved pro wrestling fans from a terrorist reign that kept mediocrity and bad ratings at the top level? Rock goes away, a guy who is supposedly shot in the ring these days according TO the jealous and unknowing, and ratings sink again. Instantly. Without fail. Cena is on the show week after week and he's not carrying shyt:laugh: Punk is back and he's not bringing JACK shyt:laugh: Bryan has been getting stop and go booking for so long that no one knows what to make of his push overall but it's nowhere near 400 days of going over the roster and not losing on television for months at a time and being protected to no end. Nothing even in the same ballpark. If 70 year old men want to panic over a 4 week push, what does that tell you about the industry and the obsession to keep the same 4 b*stards on top as always?

Sheamus & Christian vs. Cody Rhodes & Damian Sandow and Kaitlyn vs. Aksana lost 124,000 viewers. The A.J. Lee promo making fun of Kaitlyn and a replay of the Mark Henry/Cena angle plus a Wyatt Family vignette lost 198,000 viewers to a show-low 2.59 quarter.

AJ RUNS RAW....

.....into the ground. File it, understand it.

Wasn't Punk losing viewers in the overrun last year? (or at least having worse gains?) and wasn't Meltzer all doom and gloom about his push for a long ass time until it was undeniable Punk was the 1B to Cena's 1A?

I guess we'll have to wait till Summerslam, bros :cena:

He wasn't losing viewers, but from when he won the belt to about May or June 2012, he was consistently getting lower than average overruns when he was in that spot (an average overrun is around 550,000-600,000 added viewers). But nothing even close to this.

That's one of the lowest overrun numbers I've ever seen. At least since I started following these Nielsen numbers. But pushing a new guy takes time. And putting him with Orton (who's been proven to be Nielsen poison) probably had something to do with that low number as well. If he's still getting these low overruns in 3 months with people not named Randy Orton, it might be time to panic. Punk not only had better numbers, but he was also wildly over in arenas and was neck and neck merch sales-wise with Cena. Bryan's just arena over. Fickle WWE writers can take that away at a whim (or at least try really, really hard to do so).

It might help if they didn't make his character increasingly unlikeable though. Just a thought.

And then they call for the return of Batista.

These dudes need a shot, you need to build them as main eventers, it doesn't happen over night
Do you listen to Steve austin podcast ? He was interviewing Jim Ross and asked him why was Vince Able to put the territories out of business , and his answer was pretty much because the old school owners wouldn't adapt . Vince saw the future and was able to do some innovative things ..... His descriptions of the old school owners sounded like how Vince is now , out of touch and Afraid of change .
He doesn't realize when he subconsciously books guys like punk , dbry , Ziggler etc as being inferior to cena the audience picks up on it . When they order a Ppv and cena vs big show is closing the show over dbry vs punk its pretty much saying these guys are not headliners ...
Wwe is close to having a boom of talent they haven't had since probably the attitude era ( in terms of wrestling ability ) looking at the current roster and nxt. They need to get their act together in creative .... I mean mania not being booked until like 2 weeks before is horrible

Man don't start with this already . You always make excuses for dbry like people are saying ... Either he's carrying the show like you say or he's not .....that's what happens when you solely base arguments on numbers cause when they don't match up you have to make excuses .. Why can't you just enjoy dbry instead of acting like a wwe board member

You really think ratings would be significantly different for these shows if The Rock was on every week? That's the biggest delusion of all.

-Mania season
-Big names returning
-Nostalgia

All wears off. Don't act like Rock's very presence results in consistently high ratings because we all witnessed those 3.0 shows he was on before Mania season started. Or were you the freeway that whole time? Maybe you were banned, idk.

The Law and Order point mirrors the other shyt you just wrote. Seething criticism for guys you don't like and excuses and leeway for guys you do in the same situation. One of many reasons no one takes you for anything more than a running joke.

Vince shytted on Bryan during RAW, I'm surprised nobody is talking about it. there was an exchange between he and Vickie that went something like

"you know, some people believe Daniel Bryan is an embarrassment to the WWE"

"well what do you believe, Mr. McMahon?"

"I'll let you be the judge of that..."

You think Mania season is a bigger draw than a guy who has brought in nearly a billion dollars in his projects this year? HAHAHAHA. The WWE is a fukking joke. Before Rock came back, they weren't doing numbers. They were like bums on the street needing the Mayweathers and Trump types to bring in what CM Punk and John Cena could not bring in..causal viewers. Everything the Rock has touched has made money since he came back. You can't say the same thing for the WWE. He's already at what? 40 million this year..that's more than the whole McMahon family combined.

This internet jargon trying to discredit him doesn't have legs. It never did. You can bring up the Chicago pop for Punk all you want but all he did was 117k increases after a Lesnar angle started up? They're the "true MVPs" of the business and they can't even get a fukking 200k gain across the board? WTF kind of buffoonary is this? LMAO! It's 1995 level. The Rock shyt is selling...WM 29 got bashed but the shyt is selling, isn't it? The video game deal is all the McMahons can talk about this week and 2k made it CRYSTAL clear that they wanted Rock on that cover above any lame they got on that fukking roster. 40 year old Rock..think about that and get your game up instead of lying and acting like Brooks online. 3.0s before was on before Mania season? Nah..that shyt was on Punk's shoulders and it was 2.5s and 2.6s. Wack shyt like that. Punk as champion=2.5. Rock as champion=3.7*filed and ALWAYS UNDERSTOOD*

He's got HBK & HHH in his corner though. If the Kliq truly runs this business, we have no reason to worry. :rambo:

Daniel Bryan wasn't no goddamn arena over. They were chanting that shyt on all kind of shows and sports events. shyt crossed over to TNA, ROH, Shimmer, game shows, late night shyt with Kimmel, etc. That shyt was huge and should of been pushed ahead of everything after WM 28. But they obsessed with lesser talent like Cena and Punk and it cost them...they did stop and go with Bryan and now he's got to get the blame for getting pushed for 4 weeks compared to guys who got pushed for 5 years in one strong capacity or another because of prejudice over his size and outworking lames week in and week out? fukk that. That's gay and weak..it's that Republican mindset with double talk as the main feature as usual.

What are you taling about, little guy? What excuse? He's been CARRYING THE SHOW all fukking year..all last year. He just didn't get any preferential booking like your boy did. That's all I'm saying. It's obvious and common sense.

Most people just let that go because Hunter came on later and said vince's comments were dumb because the fans wanted to see bryan wrestle so the match went on. I guess you could chalk it up to Vince being the heel in this power struggle feud with HHH.

So wait when CM Gawd is a focal point and the ratings are low it's his fault and his alone but when D Bry gets low ratings it's everyone else's fault. :ohhh:

You ratings fakkits stay exposing yourselves.
