Dunn is honestly the outlier of the groupthey have worked out so far. Everyone else fits the knicks normal draft pattern of developed upperclassman who have NBA role player floors.

Also, good to see them get wings, they needed a few more decently sized players a season.

Seeing Baylor and Tristen on this signifies they are not keeping Bojan for long.

Yeah he is gone either as a trade piece or they waive him for the Full MLE. Begley says he would be surprised if the FO waived Bojan because of what they spent (Grimes), but he also hasn’t said definitely that the FO won’t, because there is a logic to both them waiving Bojan or keeping Bojan.

From what I read on other forums they have two options. If they waive Bojan they can use the Full MLE for about 13 mil but they are basically hard capped at the 1st apron this season.

However if they keep Bojan they are a 2nd apron team and they can still trade him in season for someone who makes less money but they start the timeline on roster penalties that also make trading for a star harder.
