I'm not gonna lie, that Dreamcast launch was magical. I still remember the first time seeing Sonic Adventure and Power Stone. That shyt legit blew my mind. The arcade didn't even have graphics that good

I had the bottom two gamepro magazines back in the day. They got tore up. Might still have the nfl blitz one. Still got one from 98 in my closet with resident evil 2 or 3. Used to open that shyt out of the plastic on the newsstands to read it. Those were the days before IGN came along. Electronic gaming monthly too.

This feels like an og gamer gathering. Im happy to know that I wasnt the only one into that shyt but I was a kid though. These youngins and newbies have no clue how info on upcoming games, reviews, cheats and etc were harder to get without the internet. Some of those magazines are golden because they have info that hasnt been seen or republished. Keep those magazines, breh. still mad i lost that ridge racer type 4 tips and tricks issue back in 1999.

I gotta take 'em out of whatever dingy storage boxes I got, shake 'em out for Silverfish and repackage 'em properly to preserve. I hope one day to roll up an issue and slap one of my videogame playing kids with 'em if I ever have offspring and pass on all my 'ancient' consoles. Like turn that Live service bullshyt and see why they kept referencing Tony Hawk in them Memes.
