I support the brother he does more good than bad.

Ironic how African Americans want a leader but trash the few they have.
Right. Dude has done plenty. Educating parents about the pre-prison that is special education is enough. I just can't insult a person who is actively doing for the community when 99% will never lift a finger.

I think a lot of BP like to judge and pick apart leaders to excuse themselves from helping their own community.

Mr. Malcolm X was a certified reformed c00n. We all know it but still went on to do great thing. We are a community of fukked up people that are born into a fukked up situations. Looking for perfection is literally impossible. These c00ns always want a reason to be divided.

I don't know much about Umar. But just from what I've seen on this site he seems to be a divisive person. Wouldn't it make more sense to try to change the mindset (where necessary) of those who make the decision to date outside of their race as opposed to condemning them for their personal relationship choices? Wouldn't it me productive to get the black man that is in an interracial relationship to understand that he still has a place in the black community and that he shouldn't forget to help those who have shared his struggle? His message seems to be more about a disdain for white people than a concern for black people.

I've always hated this notion that I OWE my race something. I don't owe anyone anything that hasn't directly done anything for me, that I didn't bring into this world or for whom I didn't personally take responsibility. Now do I have a desire to help those who share the same struggle as me? Yes. Do I want to uplift those whom have been oppressed like my ancestors (and me to a lesser extent)... of course!! But to say that I should let some obligation to an entire race of people determine how i live and love is bull.

With that said... I'm a black man with a black wife and I've never really been attracted to white women. And my belief has always been "to each his own" when it comes to things like that.

This is the mindset of most Black people and exactly the reason we continue to be so far behind. I used to think like this too until I saw how the prison system works, until I saw WP sticking together and holding black men back on an individual level, until I seen the color of the city I live change in less than 10 years.

I hope you change this view one day. Looking out for you and yours is great and all but you and yours are still under the thumb of white supremacy and it literally not going to get any better unless we make it better.

You get too worked up defending people you don't know.

Maybe it is you that needs to grow up.

actually I do know Umar...unlike you I'm out here trying to make a difference with my own resources. You're in your mom's basement calling Tariq's show like a stan with a feminine ass voice asking for advice. Eat a dikk you broke, do nuthin ass bum.

If I was a white devil plotting the destruction of black people, part of my plan would be to prop up clown ass fake pro black used car salesman like Jermaine Shoemake and Tariq Nasheed to try and keep naive black youth distracted, divided, and on some dumb shyt.
Umar and Tariq keeps people distracted and divided?

That the most baseless claim Ive seen in awhile.

In fact you and @HankHill are the ones doing that lol.
