Love this father and daughter reactions. They react to both old and new stuff.
"I really don't even know how Nas sounds, so this gonna be new to me"

edit: ok I fux with this dude, his reaction cracking me up
I don't find it hard to believe he hasn't heard of the specific artists he mentioned, though. Mobb Deep wasn't an A-tier group in the 90's.
Neither was Tribe, really. They were platinum selling and obviously well known but it's not like they were doing Death Row numbers. Or even Wu numbers.
Now, if he said he'd never heard of NWA or Pac or BIG or BONE....then yeah, shyt would be weird.
What's crazy is I been following this guy's channel and didn't even see this thread until like an hour ago. His earlier content was basically just "react to this hit song, react to this trailer" but he did a few "react to classic hip-hop" videos and his numbers blew up over night. So he's done a ton of them in the last month or so.
Fred.
Yeah I was just about to say something like that . I fukk with it though because at least he's putting some shine on pur classics. I just hope that he will expand to add more underground or less known hiphop songs that a lot of us knew. Him spotlighting the massive hits gets him tge clicks though.I don't believe breh never heard some of these songs. His channel blew up over listening to rap tracks for the first time (it's a trend on youtube) so he's going to cater to that.
I can buy never listening to Nas or Mobb Deep or Big Pun but not every single song that he is reacting to.
He gets more hits by listening to classic 90s tracks (the ones his fans are suggesting on the comment section), so saying he's never heard "Gin and Juice" and pretending that it's his first time ever really listening to it it is more appealing than it would be if he admitted to hearing it a bunch of times.
If these kids did not grow up in that era they not really listening to those artists like thatHard to believe there are people that have never heard some of these songs
