Yo @Liquid some dude around my way on craigslist is selling an XB1 with no video signal for $120...Worth the shot? Says it powers on and everything else.

Sounds like it could be very tricky (motherboard issue) or just a simple console factory reset...

No video? It might just need an HDMI port replacement. Not too common of a problem on the XB1, does he have it connected with a Kinect to see if it will respond to commands?

Is he including the controller and power brick? If he is, jump on it if you have some soldering skills. The controller and brick will net you $60 and then sell the console itself for $70-$80 if you can't repair it.

I wonder if you can swap the HDMI IN and HDMI port and revive it. I will look into that soon.
