When GCU offers a $10 reward on a pre-order, can you use that on the game you are pre-ordering?

Typically no, as I understand it the $10 is supposed to be applied a few days after the game is released but, I have gotten mine right after pre-ordering before. Could have been, and most likely was a fluke, but it has happened before.

The OG xbox one controllers should be getting an official price drop soon and then the deals will start as they get phased out with the new ones with the headphone jack on the bottom. Amazon has controllers for $48 - $50

Hit my pm with a price for the one.

It looks like this xbox one is a dud afterall, the motherboard and all the components inside look clean. No blown capacitors inside, but can't seem to stay on for some reason. I am keeping it to do some extensive testing and possible component rips to see what exactly is the culprit, no liquid corrosion either. I am assuming it must have been a power surge or something simple that is preventing it from working...which is odd because the xbox one power supply has a built in surge protector inside the brick. It might be the actual power socket on the motherboard as well, but I can't seem to track down a spare socket to solder on there to see if that is the problem, the motherboards on eBay appear to be "untested" which is code for the shyt doesn't work

I'll hit you up when I get another clean one that I can let go cheap. I am thinking something like $180 shipped when the timing is right.
