I got concepts of a plan.
nikka built like Olive Oyl
I hope the coaches aren’t stupid and continue to allow this to happen. But we are 10% into the season already.

If he can't get to at least 260 this is who he's gonna be.He doesn't weigh enough to play inside consistently
AD was wiry but weighed the same as Wemby while being 5-6 inches shorter. AD also had zoot suit shoulders, he was never going to stay 225 unless he wanted to.AD wasn’t banging in the paint until he bulked up. He was a finisher and midrange threat. He came in the league wiry.
Wemby’s way too slow off the dribble and doesn’t have a quick or low enough handle to play mainly on the perimeter, and that’s not something he will be able to improve to a high enough level, vs continuing to gain some weight and keep his game mostly inside the arc. Doesn’t have to be camped in the paint
Dirk was the next idea, but he’s too athletic to mostly rely on middies either. Think the answer is somewhere betweenAD was wiry but weighed the same as Wemby while being 5-6 inches shorter. AD also had zoot suit shoulders, he was never going to stay 225 unless he wanted to.
Wemby's best bet is becoming jumbo Dirk. He doesn't have a frame that suggests quickly adding athletic weight.
Because that’s who he is. He’s tall but he’s not built to be a post playerIn his rookie season, almost 50% of Wemby's shot attempts came inside of 10 feet from the basket.
Early on this season, that number is down to 36%.
While I think Wemby has value playing all over the floor, I am worried that the Spurs are wasting his talents by allowing teams (or allowing Wemby himself) to be bullied into playing like a jump shooter.
Certainly I'm not looking for Wemby to have an allergy to outside shooting like Zion Williamson.
But a man of his size has to impose his will near the basket.
Am I wrong? Overreacting?
An interesting point.he is aiming to be a big guard but doesn't have the skill set yet to dominate just off handle passing shooting(guard skills)
the idea of him being a all time great is based on his supposed guard skills
his height isn't what draws hype it's the supposed guard skills

That athleticism and length is the key though. The jumper or a blow-by/wrap around is a pick your poison.Dirk was the next idea, but he’s too athletic to mostly rely on middies either. Think the answer is somewhere between
I’d be a little worried if this continues
I just don’t think think his body can handle the banging down low because he’s so frail
He's not big enough
He obviously can't bang in the paint if he's that skinny

He’s a euro
Their usually soft/lack physicality and he doesn’t have weight to bang down low yet
Jamal Crawford was such a shytty nba player yet he’s respected like a legend. Jamal Crawford’s field goal % in the playoffs is in the 30s.the spurs legit think of new ways to be bad. It's gotta be stealth tanking
Last season it was Sochan at point
this season it's Wemby chucking threes like Steph Curry
all for the sake of "development". It's concerning
And why the fukk is jamal crawford involved with wemby's development? Jamal crawford one of the least efficient offensive players ever
