What do y’all think about that beyond burger?:wow: That shyt is fire.

Leaning towards beyond burger. Done had the patties and used that block they sell for different things.

Won't really be able to compare until I find a spot that has them both or can cook both at home. Most fire impossible burger I've had might just be the whopper tho.

I went just a few days during this and lost almost two pounds:sadcam:And I was doing a caloric surplus intake.

It wasn’t hard transition for me since I already drink almond milk with my cereal and love oatmeal/noatmeal and pb&j sandwiches. Was tearing up some fruits and collars/cabbage. The scale just kept trending downwards:mjcry:. Vegan-base diet must really trigger my metabolism high. I need meat to gain.

I’m down to 162, breh. I don’t want to touch the 150’s:to:. On aside. It’s, that vegan ice cream at Baskin Robbins is the shyt. Chocolate extreme is too good. I try to eat clean and balanced portions but with the weight loss I’m go ahead and get a cone or at least two scoops.


I’m suppose to be building towards a Mike Rashid physique:sadbron:

I gotta go try that vegan ice cream :ehh: and as a former obese breh I have no empathy for people that lose weight easily. I gotta bust my ass to keep that shyt off :martin:

Upping this. Im about to jump on this wave after watching and researching about animal foods including dairy and meats. fukk that nasty shyt.


I just need ideas on what plant based foods will keep me full throughout the day. Oatmeal has been my go to for breakfast so far.

Nah, im a cold turkey type of person. I mean i might eat some seafood but im done with red meats and chicken. I did the same shyt with drinking. Havent had a drop in over 2 years now
I saw something like 2 weeks ago involving production of meat and dairy that made my heart drop and my stomach turn. I haven’t been able to eat much meat the last 2 weeks since.

Was watching that documentary on netflix called What the Health. I know its a bias documentary for vegans and peta lovers but ive known about how our meats are farmed and proccess here for a long time.

Gonna try this for a few weeks. If anything, ill try organic meat if this isnt sustainable but even so, i can never look at meat the same.

6 days in and im feeling better. no bloating or feeling like shyt after eating, dropping healthy shyts, and the most important part, i havent had any anxiety. I wonder if toxins in foods can trigger mental issues like anxiety :patrice:

oh, my sleep has been a god send and i wake up feeling great instead of sleepy and groggy.

ive decided not to go full blown vegan. My meat intake will decrease to 3 to 4 times a month at the most and it will be lean organic meat. Still, im gonna try to avoid most meats as much as possible. My dairy intake is out the window. Almond milk is my new shyt

Hi

I eat a majority plant-based diet and love it. Makes it crazy easy to stay in shape. I was strictly vegan for about 5 years. I went vegan because every time I had something with dairy, I always felt like something was still in my mouth and it made me thirsty. Then I got rid of all animal flesh. I started taking Omega 3 pills about a month ago (so no longer vegan), before that I relied on ground flax seeds for my Omegas. The pills stopped my cloudy mind feeling. This is actually something my mom worried about when I told her what I was doing.

I'm debating on just including ONLY fish back in. No meat, no chicken, etc. I don't think I could stand the feeling of meat in my mouth anymore. That sounded weird typing, but I mean it. Anyone else experience the cloudy mind issue? I'm going to talk to my primary doctor about it anyway. Maybe my body isn't processing the ground flax seeds enough. *Shrugs*
