Im trying to make the switch to a plant based diet ( lots of research on improved cardiovascular mortality)
- im struggling with what to eat on a daily basis outside of mixxed veggies, whole grains, or fruit
- im not a fan of beans/lentils. Hate the texture:scust:
- im one week in, but struggling :mjcry:


if u dont like beans or lentils its gonna be hard. My love for both is what has made going plant based pretty easy for me. I'll have a meal like black beans with wild rice, kale salad and some plantains :manny:

I try to eat meat every other day and when I'm not eating meat I use black beans as a meat replacement.

It actually made me realize how stuffed meat actually makes me feel :dame:

Man I can grub on red beans and rice without sausage and bean burritos with tapatio all day mang!

Not strict with it, but breakfast did just egg (egg sub) with that supposed to melt like cheese almond cheese, seasoned it up proper. Cauliflower hashbrowns I came across at Wegmans. Threw that beyond meat sausage in the air fryer and chopped it up. Either bananas/apples sliced with almond butter or honey. I was on that for a couple weeks straight. Different kinda energy to start the day

Beyond taste better that's the difference. But Burger King has the impossible burger now so you be the judge.
I got the beyond burger at my crib from this organic food supermarket but I’ve gone to two spots burger fi and toasted (they have either impossible burger or beyond burger) and they’ve both been legit.
