Justice actually helps bring closure to victims, and prevents others from suffering the same fate.

Some people are not cowards, and will fight for justice on behalf of their loved ones who are unable to.
What justice is that?
More like vengeance

Also Not true about closure.
Ever watched dateline or other documentary where people said the money or court ruling did Not numb the pain?

Even if just for spite, I don't blame her. Also might help the other, non-wealthy folks surviving the other passengers get theirs.

Expected.

Has there been any news if there was pressure to fly in the fog? Like did the helicopter company's owner tell the pilot you're flying Kobe Bryant and it's not an option? Or did Kobe say I want to fly even in the fog against the pilots wishes? I feel like there had to be pressure from somewhere if even the LAPD grounded everything that day
There didn’t need to be any pressure. He was reprimanded for doing it twice before. He might have been an excellent pilot but he was obviously cocky.

He should have also had the sense to refuse to do it for his own life if not for the life of the others. It was a kid’s basketball tournament not an emergency. The pressure to get there was not that great.

I get you but you know how it goes with celebrities in America. Especially an MVP celebrity like Kobe.

Could have easily been upper management saying we'll replace you if you don't fly him
Could have been self pressure from the pilot himself on some "this is Kobe Bryant I'm an not missing this chance no matter how foggy"
Or unfortunately it could have been Kobe flexing his celebrity muscle.

Who knows, but I'm interested in seeing the thought process before. We may never know. Poor choice to fly but RIP to all of them
