You're not going to find it on any reputable website. It was an anonymous twitter post that was spread by someone from TPUSA.
This is getting quite ridiculous. All during black history month.

Fairfax needs to just hurry and step down so Northam can pander to everyone and appoint a new black person. We getting blown out but we gotta get the garbage time points in now before it’s too late
Is it true that Northam would get to appoint Fairafax's successor? If so then that is probably the best option left for that dumpster fire of a party.
