Man I been there....

He just gonna have to start drinking at the crib or planning ahead for the night. It sounds simple, but its a whole lifestyle change.

Fire his ass! :scust: I have ZERO sympathy for drunk drivers. Putting your life and someone else's life in jeopardy driving under the influence. So many times you hear about drunk drivers killing someone or paralyzing someone and they manage to survive the car crash with no problems.

Call me a prude if ya must but I too have zero tolerance for drunk drivers. The definition of selfish behavior.

3 strikes and you're out, the only way this guy will clean up his act is when there are severe consequences. Fire him and see if he makes the lifestyle changes to warrant a return ala Eddie Guerrero in 01/02, Regal in 00, etc.

Granted, his situation probably doesn't seem as dire, as both of those guys said they were basically close to death their addictions. But as someone else said, no only is he risking hurting himself with this shyt but literally every other person on the road or nearby sidewalks.
