This actually fits the storyline, like Roman calls him out they play the dui video, Roman dresses him down, Roman says he's alwasy been right about him. Calls him the black sheep and then he is off TV and sent to rehab.

Including this into a storyline would be one of the tackiest things WWE could do.

Indeed. For all we know, Jimmy could be be saying, "Let's go." but Naomi either had reasons/wanted to stay. Get into a argument, Jimmy takes their vehicle while Naomi will take an Uber. Next thing you know Naomi's phone starts ringing and she gets a message from the PD.
