I'd be surprised if the company fired him. PR wise, they'd prefer to send him to rehab as opposed to appearing as though they abandoned one of their guys. At most, they'll "fire" him and bring him back after a company funded rehabilitation ordeal that can be spun as the. looking out for the wellbeing of talent.
That said, the last time he was clearly intoxicated on the road, he was found not guilty by the judge. You think the judge rendered that verdict without first rubbing elbows with some important people in or from the business? From top to bottom, everyone involved is out of pocket and enabling him, and if he kills himself, his wife, and/or someone's mother, father, brother, sister or child, "Thoughts & prayers," and "Im sorry," won't cut it.
