1. This money isn't for "fighting" Its to help Ukraine handle the rising gas prices they'll face from GazProm (the russian state oil/gas company)
2. tax dollars are for the government. not all of it goes to citizens. It just doesn't. You've gotta stop thinking this way.

However, when it comes to Detroit, it seems to me that they've crossed lines theyve set for themselves time and time again.
