Bush's image has largely been rehabilitated because of the Obamas and how horrible Trump is.
The Press, and most of the American public, looks back at Cheney, McCain, Romney as the good old days.
^This is the tip of the iceberg. The Press was having a good ol time making W look quaint. They practically fawned over his father before he passed.
Just like folks don't remember the first days of the Trump administration - Muslim Bans, little kids in cages at ther border - and are apparently cool with that - they really don't remember 9/11 and the Iraq War 2. It's practically ancient history in the mind of the electorate.
So to think that Biden is gonna be chiefly remembered for his "complicity in genocide" suggest you have a faith in the American public that is unfounded.
