Can you point out any significant infrastructure projects that any African or Caribbean country has received from the US?? I don't care if they aren't the best friends club I care about infrastructure being built. Those countries can't industralize until they get a stable energy source which Russia is providing. America calls them the same names while forcefully keeping them under developed and forcing regime changes.Huh

China owns everything in Africa , the telecoms all use Chinese equipment. They do not necessarily despise negroes like the EU & Washington. The Chinese have also updated the Caribbeans telecoms . China is building more nuclear power plants than any other country. China is helping South &latin America with their telecoms & electricity needs . The Chinese are currently rebuilding all the destruction NATO did in the middle east
