Every reputable news agency and report blames IPOB many of the killings so unless you have evidence of the contrary I'm inclined to believe the news. But you highlighted some serious issues. Kidnapping, robbery and don't forget baby factories are rampant in the southeast. It's a very terrible situation in Igboland.

The main reason Biafra won't happen is because the Niger Delta will never join. The natural resources found in the Niger Delta dwarfs the little that's found in Igboland.
