People will make all the excuses in the world to justify this but unless they're holding off to the Arthur Ashe show, there was no better time to do this than All Out especially seeing as how they ramped the story back up. I've seen people say "they don't want his moment to be overshadowed" which is fukking stupid, if he's the biggest face in wrestling it'll be a big moment regardless of whos debuting. If Vince put a halt to the push of a white hot wrestler to make way for a Rock or Cena match there would be pitchforks.

Agreed. They have something with Page right now. If they wait too long the moment may have passed.

Kenny and Punk can be done for the Nov PPV. Hell, I would even hold off longer than that. I'd do Punk & Danielson-Bucks and Kenny-Okada in November. If the strap is on Page, not sure who on the heel side is ready for a title match on PPV, but with those two matches, they wouldn't need a big name. Maybe a match involving either Miro or Black?
