He can't overrule the law with an EO. The only thing he can do is grant a temporary reprieve. Congress would need to pass a new law explicitly repealing the law or altering the requirements.

China banned Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. Thats the issue with China.

China doesnt allow American influence on their youth/culture. While TikTok, a Chinese owned social media app, is very popular and influential over American youth/culture.

China doesnt have 100,000 people trying to make a career out of going live on tiktok and barking at the screen. They dont allow it. Yet here in America we got men donating $1000 to girls licking fake ears for asmr and meowing.

In China, you can't use almost any American app. They banned all of our shyt.

You can't speak freely in China. They're imprisoning billionaires or making them disappear if they do. So try talking crazy over there as a regular mofo and see what happens.
