The traitors of their people are praying for refuge from the American Devil. These traitors tend to be rewarded with a liquor store or gas station in an impoverished Black neighborhood. People are going to overlook everything that you just wrote. The people that are trying to flee are the ones that were snitches and benefitting from the American occupation. Same thing happened in Vietnam. When the USA pulled out their snitches freaked out. The USA allowed some of them to come to the USA, while others had to flee elsewhere. Meanwhile Vietnam has returned to being a pretty peaceful place since America left and now they are prospering too. Maybe Afghanistan will have the same fortunate outcome.

I must admit, this is how I feel. These ppl in Afghanistan or the greater Middle East dont care anything about black ppl. They see us as subhuman and that's how many of them treat us when they open up their corner stores in our community.

I have very little sympathy for them.

I'll never forget about 5 yrs ago when a black owner of a gas station was trying to sell it (he was old and tired and didn't have any sons he could pass it to), couldn't get anyone to buy and he was approached by some middle east folks to lease it. He made a deal with them and they took it over.

Now through all the time the gas station was owned by black ppl, it was a family environment etc.

The second them damn Arabs took over, they started putting up bulletproof glass and somebody saw them carrying a cache of automatic guns into the back.

It was so bad that the black owner had to take the gas station back because it was obvious these middle eastern fakkits was planning on killing us.

TLR is basically filled with people you probably wouldn't associate with in real life. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the posters in TLR have some sort of mental issue.

Combined that with the somewhat obvious white trolls and the subforum is a cesspool.

TL;DR: The lower Lake Mead gets, the more likely Hoover Dam stops working. It needs 950 Feet of Water, Minimum, for the Dam to work. Water levels bout to fall under 1,075.

I don't want to get too serious because I know the bolded may be partially in jest, but I think we still need to figure out a way to work towards solutions down here. If we can't figure things out, then I think we'll inevitably just carry our same baggage into outer space and onto other worlds.

I get why people want to life on Mars or other worlds. And I understand the idea of safe-guarding humanity by putting us onto multiple places in the galaxy. At the same time, I do think a lot of people look to this solution because they feel it's so shytty here. But I do think eventually that we'd just carry our problems with us into space, and I think the endeavor of improving our situation here is a worthy one.

I hope that didn't sound overly preachy. It wasn't my intention to be.

There was a thread about humans in the 30th century and I responded to a post, then read thru the thread and wondered why I bothered. There is virtually zero intelligent discourse on that portion of this site..

On topic, I made a visit to Vegas earlier this year and just had to see the Hoover Dam. I marveled at how much of a drop from the top of the dam to the water below..turned out to be extremely relevant to climate change..
