I'm just gonna say this... Even since back on sohh you guys would brag about how your pay to download method was so much better because of speed
I never had a speed problem goin the free route
Everytime you guys would name something, you could check most torrent sites and they'd be there already
So here you are in 2013 still looking, still asking still paying

In my entire downloading career, which is going on like 14 years now, I only got 1 one of them notices from comcast, and that was because I slipped up and used a public tracker

Once I got my foot in the door at a private tracker, got my ratio wayyyy up I started going into their forums and was able to get invites to other trackers pretty easily because of my ratio

My collection of private trackers has me all day The speed is

Never used a private tracker/torrent.
Always ate day 1
Speeds have always been ridiculous
1gb in 7min avg. If yours is faster, cool. But mine is free and fast enough
You not beating my speeds by that much if you are at all
Been downloading for about as long
Never got a letter from comcast/verizon/cox (had all 3 in that span)
