It's like this, black people will never be respected until we get Africa together. I believe it's going to take indigenous Africans and us from the diaspora.
First thing Africa will need is a formidable Army. We need our warrior spirit back. A army is also necessary because other countries will start trouble when they see Africa organizing. They need the resources Africa has...and don't want to pay fair prices for it either.
I say, Africa should obtain the skilled people they want, and partially close their borders.
Scratch all of that....
Africa MUST...MUST.....MUST be united! Follow the American model and make the countries into States, then most importantly have a federal army.
Thinking bout it...what I said above is so alien to some people, Africa may need to have a MAJOR Civil war with the goal of unifying the continent.
We black Americans probably need a group of like minded individuals to make the move first. After communications with indigenous Africans of course. Say we have a group of like 10000 Americans go over there and use some of this can knowledge we have. We have engineers, military specialist, academia, medical, they go and continue good communications with us back here. Have more and more of us slowly head over there.
Just be ready, cause the cacs will be all eyes and ears.

I don't understand why there can't be both. Build communities in America and Africa and close the gap between the two.
Black Americans can learn African history
And Africans learn black American History in both communities.
I don't feel like it's beneficial to deny both options, its kinda dumb if you limit the communities to just one place.

Quality over Quantity.
Solid Local small businesses
Black owned Farms.
Traditional herding life and tribal live should be maintained
Wildlife reservations should be maintained.
Low economical living shouldn't be disgusting. Hire people to maintain the communities so they look good.
Only thing that should be high class and state of the art are the schools, hospitals, banks and things of that nature.

That's the only way anything will change. Everything else is just noise and distractions.
In the same way that Jews are all throughout the globe but, their power base is in Israel. Blacks in the Diaspora need to follow suit. I forgot who said it on here but, I think he's right. One of the African countries is going to have to lead the way and dominate. It'll be ugly at first but, afterward everyone will be on the same page into the future. And it will be the beacon for the rest of the continent and Africans throughout the globe to look to. Basically Nigeria needs to become the "China" of Africa.

Alot of these African countries need to open up there economy more. With more economic freedom, equals better investments and growth. Look at Rwanda for example. One of the countries with the most economic freedom and its excelling in developments and growth and that is with little to no natural resources. Its already on it way to becoming a middle income country. And '94 wasn't far away. Mauritius is also doing well with their economic freedom. I hope Angola does the same thing. But first that Dos Santos a$$hole has to
shyt A LOT of them have to go at this point. 10+ years, some of them 20-30 years in power and their countries are lagging behind with their leadership. Hoping what the Burkinabes did (though its not over yet) is used as motivation to make things happen. Africa just can't afford to be behind like that no more.

Dubai isn't a good model because the economy is heaviky reliant on tourism/finance and the building boom relies on over leveraging it's oil resource and cheap labour. Not to mention its a city state that only has the population of 3 millon . For a nation to encompass 30 million african Americans, the economy must be as diversified as middle income economies such as Australia and the growth must be sustainable. Israel/Zionism is a good example of how a nation can develop out of nothing. You need smart enterprising entrepreneurs, a highly skilled workforce and a willingness/mental toughness to go through the shytty phase of nation building. Do blacks have y black business elites backing them up and ready to invest into this nation state if tommirow you got your country, you got to have jobs for the odd 30 million people who will call this hypothetical nation their home. Do you have disputed territory you can invade. Where's the grassroots support?
