Ric Flair is overrated af. Great on the mic, but you seen one of his matches, you’ve seen them all. Same exact spots in every match—flair flip over the rope, plea with the face on his knees then hit him with the low blow, failed crossbody top rope attempt, and a couple of flair flops and that’s it. Even as a kid, I always thought his matches looked contrived and exposed the business because they follow the same sequence. Flair was mediocre in the ring at best.
I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion, but I didn't know where else to post it. I think Angelico has all the makings of being a star. I hope he's able to break away from Jack Evans at some point and start a singles career in AEW or move to NXT.

My biggest problem with Flair when I was a kid in the 90s was his look. He was flabby and looked like a grandfather. I can suspend my disbelief on many things but not Ric Flair being a threat to anyone.
