To be fair, the graffiti they do in your country is kinda weird.

Why are people bringing a racial element?
No race/ethnicity can claim ownership of graffiti.
Does not matter how far back you go.

You know why?
Because give a 2yr old a marker or a pencil.
What will the child do?
They won’t draw on a piece of paper, no that’s social indoctrination, they will draw on walls.

So because it is a instinctive reaction what a baby does, FIRST THING THEY DO, nobody can claim ownership.

My two cents

There’s certainly an urban connotation to graffiti. Because all around the world it’s most common in cities.

But I didn’t make this thread to “hate” on a “black art form”

That’s just something losers say to stir up bullshyt because maybe someone said something bad about a thing they liked. And so yeah…let’s label this a racial attack because it’s convenient and easy and there’s really no counter argument since proving a negative is nearly impossible.

In this thread there were some admittedly good murals and graffiti shared.

It’s not the norm however.
And most is vandalism.

In a popular Asian plaza around here (Mekong) some dummy sprayed the words "can't" above and "art" below a stop sign in the parking lot. I shake my head every time I see that corny shyt. That's not art

I do however admire the skill of the talented grafitti artist and elaborate works. And acknowledge the heart and dedication some them dudes have to hit tall signs and thing such as overpasses and billboards on the highway. Crazy shyt. Outside of that I barely give two shyts about "art" in general. I find most of it contrived and pretentious, in the many forms and expressions it takes (but that's just me)

Oh no.
You didn’t like graffiti in Asian community? You must be anti Asian.

The Congress for Cultural Freedom, an organization to promote American culture and values, backed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), sponsored exhibitions of Pollock's work. Some left-wing scholars, including Eva Cockcroft, have argued that the United States government and wealthy elite embraced Pollock and abstract expressionism to place the United States in the forefront of global art and devalue socialist realism.[60][63] Cockcroft wrote that Pollock became a "weapon of the Cold War".[64]

Art has been used as a tool of propaganda forever, breh. :manny:

Why do you think pharaohs had statues of themselves made? Because they were humble? :lolbron:

I just thought it a fitting example with me agreeing somewhat with your premise. Maybe I used the wrong term but graffiti and tagging I thought were synonymous. But yeah I would separate like Cope 2 from your neighborhood set scrawls in markers and whatnot

Pickles are awesome

HOW DARE YOU
Pickles are a disgusting abomination that need to be eradicated from the face of the earth.

It’s like eating a pregnant cactus.

It literally ruins everything it touches.
If you put a pickle on a $100 bill, I’d let you have it. I don’t even care.

Blasphemy

Pickles spices up everything it touches. From a sandwich, to a salad. It's even amazing as a side dish while eating BBQ chicken, hot dog, steak, etc. Learn the greatness of pickles
