Galerius, the only reason I was able to beat him is because I got renown to C and was able to have 4 people in 1 unit

Dude uses a harvest move like sephiroth and puts people at 1 HP and had a magic barrier, shyt was crazy but I managed to win.

If your talking about something further in I haven't gotten that far yet

Rewarding tho when it comes together and you make a solid plan/tactics with your units

What difficulty are you playing on? The garrisoned units/bosses are tough but valor points that do damage or reduce their damages really fukks them up.

I don't remember any particularly difficult boss in unit 1 but this two frontline gladiators plus two shaman in the back garrison units in this side mission at the top of the map was hard as fukk.

I'm on the 2nd to hardest mode, it was the one that said I'm familiar with strategy games.

I'm in the desert now, I'm not struggling struggling but I only have like 2/3 units that put in real work, the other ones ain't shyt, so I probably need to change them up. The stamina system and the real time elements are what's tripping me up more than anything

That first mission isnt a real mission and plays itself. It's pretty weird for an opening

The game becomes a little more clear after like 2/3 missions and you build your squad manually

they did themselves zero favors with the first hours of the game. game's still selling well most likely, but that shyt was just a terrible intro to the gameplay.
