This shyt is taking it's sweet ass time. Are they adding every boxer to ever exist?
Funny story. The company that made this game hosted a tournament in England to promote it. An actual boxing tournament apparently. A comic creator I know out there trained for months for that shyt but I think it was called off or something. He was mad.

Breh I went down the list of all the fighters they are missing and needing. Its fukking pathetic. We have no Liston, but Tommy Morrison (I actually don't mind the monster having boxer but wtf). No Chavez, no Spinks, no Layla Ali, no Tommy Hearns, no Lennox Lewis. Hell even the new boxers, we don't HAVE BOOTS, but Garcia's cokeheaded ass all in the loading screen.
I know Tyson is coming and....sighs....Jake Paul coming to the game but no Haney
. Look the game is legit, but the roster is so weird and ass, the lack of carrying belts to the ring, the half baked career mode, lack of clinching, and no goddamn ref in the ring. Like I feel bad for console players because early access players including myself feel jerked

They removed it because they didn’t like the way it performed. They’re aware it’s an integral part of boxing but had to take it out for the time being. I believe they plan to introduce it later on via patch. Also, this isn’t going to be an annual release and they plan to continue to update the game for a while,

Yup such a good point. while my dad got all the major fights it wasn't until I got knockout kings and HBO boxing on PS1 is when I became a fan of the sport.
